“We’re so glad you came”

Uncomfortably present

Writhing in my skin and

you don’t give a fucking shit

Still I have yet to learn my lesson

As all that lies around me disentegrates

I’m just trying to find out where I fit

In this cyclical game

Fears flowing in to fill a fragile brain

In sleeplessness, eyes sunken and strained

Sickening stressors in the arms

Of my oppressors

I’m drunk off the pain of your intoxicating ways

Still, it all feels the same

“We’re so glad you came”

Cold steel and chains

and I’m missing,

The last train
