DIY Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

  • 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon all spice

*This smoothie is not overly sweet, for extra sweetness add a tablespoon of maple syrup, agave or other sweetener. Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
